If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

- Your full legal name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found)
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
- Your physical or electronic signature

We assess the claim and identify the disputed content.
3. Take Action
If valid, we remove or disable access to the infringing material.
4. Notify
We notify the content provider and inform all parties of the outcome.
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts or access for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
6. Good Faith
We handle all DMCA claims in good faith and aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. We encourage all parties to communicate openly before filing formal claims.
